I am running Excel 2003 with SP1 and with the Conditional Sum Wizard Add in

At random intervals, Excel's toolbar icons stop responding!

You move the cursor over them but they can't be clicked. I have to exit Excel every time to get back to a normal state. I have re-installed my computer and installed office 2003 again but keep getting same issues.

Anyone experienced the same issue?

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.

Hi,
Just check whether you are in the edit mode. That is, instead of clicking on a cell if you double click (by mistake), then you are in the EDIT mode and some buttons in the tool bar are greyed out. In such a case, just hit ENTER once and see whether the toolbar buttons are active.
