Toolbar/meu bar help

Ok, I have created a system for another department in my company to use. It's all done except I need to remove the Tools --> Marco's command form the menu bar. I also need to remove a couple of the toolbar items too.
I have done this manually in the file, saved it then restored all my settings. After the restore, when I open the file again all the stuff I removed is back.

Can anyone help me remove the menu and tooar items just in this one file?

I just recorded a macro when i removed the Tools menu and got the following code:

Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Controls(6).Delete

You could try putting this (or something similar) in the Workbook open event.

And put something to restore the toolbar in the BeforeClose event.

Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Reset
