Toolsack.UrlMonFetcher

I'm trying to run VBA code below to pull data from a website. Do you know how to declare this function because the object isn't created. I think it's related to urlmon.dll but can't find any documentation.

Set uf = CreateObject("Toolsack.UrlMonFetcher")
t1 = uf.Fetch(myURL)

I figured it out. I have to go to toolstack.com and download a reference file.
