Excellent tip and I appreciate it being on this great Excel Site.

With that said I wanted to know if I incorporate this into my Inventory workbook for each one of my items I sell will that make the file too large? I will have only 1000 items but that could be pretty large if I do it for every item.

As well, where are the files kept when this happens?

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
I think it will definitely increase the file size and could potentially slow down the workbook, because the images are stored within the workbook.

That is what I figured... I wish excel could use a seperate workbook to host the pictures and that way I would only need a vlookup or a hyperlink to an online server to place the popup.
