Tooltip on Mouse Hover at Listview Excel

Hi All,

I have a question & case,

Case : I have form with listview, each column of listview big enough, but not wide enough to make all the text shown.

Question : can we have code for tooltip listview in Excel VBA when mouse hover at the selection? if so, what's the code & where to write it?
