Hello Everyone

I’ve been trying to figure this out with no success
I have a report with several regions and each region has several markets
Regions are in Column A
Markets in Column B
Performance Results are in column AB
I’m trying to I identify the regions with the most number of markets in the top 10 based on their results
Example if the “South East” Region has 3 markets in the Top 10
The result I like in a range on another sheet, sheet 1, $A$1:$C$10, Column A the Region, Column B the Market and Column the performance
How can I achieve this?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Firstly, create a pivot tables for you data, marking columns Regions, Markets and Performance.

Then apply conditional formatting on the results, by selection Top/Bottom rules.

I'm able to respond in real time to you until it's solved
