Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Macros in a macro enabled workbook should not affect the speed of calculations unless the macros are running or possibly an event macro triggered by changes on the sheet.. But formulas which have multiple precedents and dependancies can present a problem as well as the amount of data being calculated. If your files size is several megabytes, it would have an effect on the calculation speed. But dormant macros do not interfere with the calculation speed.
