Total sales per day

Hi there,

I am an excel novice ;(

I have a sales sheet(1) with individual card transactions per day which i would like to show as totals per day.
Column B has the date, Column K has the transaction, what would be an easy way to see the talk per day in sheet 2?

easiest way would be to use a pivot table and group by days like this
