Totals In Reports

Hi All,

I have quite a few reports, which all work the same way by counting data on a daily basis, ie how many deposits were taken by each branch per day.

However I'm wondering if Access allows the totalling of the data by date on the same report, and if it allows accumulated totals for weeks or months also?

The report gathers it's information from a query, which in turn gather's information from one table.

Create a group query to group by date and sum what fields you want to sum, then open the report in design view and drag the query into the Report Footer you then have a report with a sub report and you should have your totals.
