Is there a way to attached an e-mail to an Excel spreadsheet?
I tried attaching it as a PDF or WORD doc and that didn't work.

Any suggestions?

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
why not put this e-mail text into a text box? I'm not familiar with attaching a e-mail to excel - but there maybe some wizard who has thought of that and worked it out.
