I have a refreshable query table running in Sheet 1.

In sheet 2, I have created a vlookup in columns A-H to bring in all relevant information from the table in sheet 1. Column I is where I write comments relating to each line.

When refreshing the data, entries that are "closed" are removed but the manual comments in column I are then left disjointed and not relating to the correct row.

Is there a way of linking for example A2 and I2 so that if A2 is removed, the whole row goes and not just A2:H2?

Have been racking my brains for days and cannot figure it out! Any help appreciated!
