Greetings, I am looking for a little advice. I with the assistance of people in this site created a new process of creating a flight schedules (inbound/outbound). This process is far superior to the way we use to do it in terms of time and accuracy.
What I want to do now is to quantify it. I want to be able to track how long it took prior to my program and how long it with the use of my program. There are two steps for each schedule. I can visualize seeing time differences showing decreases in time. This can be illustrated by different font colors (green/red) and arrows. I was also looking to have Excel show averages/differences/total time and total time saved. I don’t know how to begin, so I am hoping someone may know of a website that may provide an example or the proper phraseology I can use in a search engine.
