Transfer a .ps file into Excel

Does anyone know how to convert a .ps (postscript) file into Excel? The .ps file contains a list of codes and names I need, but the report is 1850 pages long.
Thanks for any assistance.

I would try distilling it and copying the text out of the PDF, or distilling it and saving the PDF as a Word document and copying the text out of Word.
