transfer data from one workbook to another - onto different worksheets

Hi all you excel guru's

I have a workbook that contains daily data (WB1) I need to transfer the data to an archive WB2 and add it to the next blank row of the worksheet. The fun begins as in column 1 of the worksheet (WB1) has the name of the tab I need to add it to(WB2).
eg

apples data data2
bananas data data2
pears data data2
apples data data2

this is greatly simplified as there would be around 70 possible fruit but there are 6 fixed columns of data to transfer any help getting started would be great.
