transfer data from sheet1 to sheet2 vertically based on value of cell

i have sheet1 contains data i would transfer data to sheet2 vertically if value of cell e3 in sheet2 = the brand colored by green in sheet1

i appreciate your effort Dante your code really works but i would adjusting simple i would when transfer data the same format like color row header by blue and lines like chart like what existed in sheet1 if you don't mind

Just leave on sheet2 the format you need, that is, do not completely clean the sheet, only the values, leave the formats and the macro will only put values.
