Hi there,
I have a list of names and emails in excel sheet, and I have designed a certificate in PowerPoint.

my question is can I transfer every name in a single certificate and then send the certificate to them my email using VBA?

thank you.

Best.

Yes you can. Here is a basic logic. Give it a try and post the code that you tried and we will take it from there.

  1. Bind with Powerpoint using Early/Late Binding. For MacOs, use Early Binding.
  2. Identify the text shapes in Powerpoint that needs to be updated
  3. Loop though the range in Excel and simply write to those text shapes
  4. The next step depends on what you want to do. Send them the PPT? Print to PDF and then send the PDF? etc...
  5. Once done, Early/Late Binding with Outlook and send the email.
