Hi,

I would like to transfer financial data that sits in a vertical table to a horizontal table without having to manually input the data. The same number of cells are in both. It is for presentation purposes.

Would appreciate any assistance.

Ben

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Highlight the vertical data, copy it

Go to a new clear area of the spreadsheet and right click>>paste special>>transpose>>OK

Job done ;-)
