Transpose and Label

I have a very long list of names, titles and companies.
I THINK I'd like to transpose the data and add a label at the top
NOTE WELL every "record" is "anchored" by a PARAGRAPH mark in column A followed immediately by NAME in the next row in Column B .
While most records also have a COMPANY and TITLE as well as city state and country NOT ALL DO

I want to transpose Col A (for Labels) and Col B as Data

NOTE WELL Not every record (in Col B) contains exactly the same 10 (or 9) lines of Data. HOWEVER, there is a PARAGRAPH make between every record followed immediately by Contact.

PS: As soon as I can 'figger how to post the spreadsheet properly, I will do so.
