I have imported a web page in Microsoft Excel that contains two columns, the worksheet contains the names, addresses phone numbers a approximately 3000 organizations in my city.
The list is setup as follows
A B
name org1
address 100 north st.
city toronto
province ontario
postal l8l2l2
name org 2
address 200 south st.
city toronto
province ontario
postal l1l322
how can I automatically convert this data into a format for better analysis, i.e.
A B C D
Name Address City Prov
org1 100 north toronto Ont.
It would obviously take a long time to manually cut, paste special, transpose, all of this data. Please help.
