Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

Try this macro

Code:
Sub TrsPose()
Dim Area As Range, i As Long
Dim LR As Long
LR = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For Each Area In Range("A1:A" & LR).SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants).Areas
    i = i + 1
    Range("B" & i).Resize(, Area.Rows.Count).Value = Application.Transpose(Area)
Next Area
End Sub
