I'm using some code I found on this board to access URL's on my worksheet. The code uses IE via shdocvw.dll. Many of my URLs are bad.

I can see that there are many events (including error handling) in the object browser but I can't figure out how to use them.

Does anyone have a sample showing how to trap the (404) page not found error or generally how to use any of the events?

Thanks in adavance.

Gary
