I have a list of employees and 2 sets of stats. I need to plot these values so that I get the core average of all employees. Basically, I need to throw out the highs and lows. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Thanks. I wanted the median but I also was wondering if I can plot this on a chart and "highlight" values greater than 1 above and below the median.
