Tricky Bars Chart

Folks,
Im trying to do saomething prety simple, but very hard to get it done in excel.
Here's the folowing:
I have to come up w/ a bars chart that has a variable X axis. So the area of each bar is its relative Y height x X width.

I dont know if i made it easy to understand...
Any Help, anyone???
