Hi,

This is a bit long winded and i hope it makes sense, so here goes:-

I have 2 worksheets in the same work book. 1 contains client information, name, address etc and the other has an 11 row template to contain specific info from worksheet 1. So for instance:-

Worksheet 1, A1 = first name, B1 = Last name, C1 = DOB, D1 = Height........G1 = account details
I want B2 in Worksheet 1 to show the info in A1 of Worksheet 1, and F5 of Worksheet 2 to show the info in G1 of Worksheet 1.

My aim is to have summaries of information for each client, but when i copy this template with the necessary formula in it, i don't get the next row of information from Worksheet 1 but the 12th row of information because excell is counting the 11 rows in Worksheet 2 that are in between.

I'm currently using this basic formula currently in B2 W/S 2 ='2008-2009'!A1 and i want B15 to read like = '2008-2009'!A2 but instead its reading ='2008-2009'!A12

If anyone can make sense of this i hope you can help. It's got me stumped
