Can anyone tell me why this formula does not work? I am trying to alter 4c, 4b and 4a to 20, 26, and 32 to allow other formulas to work?

=if(A1=",",if(a1="4c"),20,if(a1="4b"),26,if(a1="4a"),32,)

I have tried a vlookup table as well.

Confused???
