Trigger a Macro as soon as you change a cell value.

Is there a way of triggering a macro to run once a cell value has been changed? I wanted this macro to Highlight the entire row "Grey" where the value change occured and trace it's heading and also turn the entire row to the same color indicating that one of the lines have changed under this heading.
