Trigger Excel to map data to a form specific to a list from a cell reference table

Hi Wizards,

I have cross-walk table in excel, that contains cell references. once excel receives the list, I am hoping to get guidance on how best to:

1. run the incoming data against the crosswalk to get the cell ref
2. place data in cell ref cells
3. execute calc
4. email results

Hope this makes sense enough for y'alls help!!
