Hello! I am fairly new to using VBA, just discovered this site and thought I would reach out for some help.

I have workbook to set up with a Summary tab and an Archived Employee Data tab. We are doing quite a bit manually and would like to try to automate if possible. I attempted to record but no luck.

If column C (drop down list) on the Summary tab is changed (by the user) to "inactive" then trigger a VBA code to move the entire row from Summary to the Archived Employee Data tab.

The VBA code needs to move column A-C from Summary to Archived Employee Data, next available row, the headers are the same.

Then move columns AA-last column from the Summary to the Archived Employee Data tab, match the data with the column header, if the column header doesnt match, then insert a the missing columns between D-E.

The missing columns will always be added between D-E. The column header naming convention will always be the same. There may be 1 missing column, or 4 missing columns, or 10 missing columns. This is for keeping historical data for previous employees.

aannnnnnny help is appreciated.
