Heya,

I'm runnning on my schools XP system and am trying to open a Dos Prompt. I found a shortcut to DOS, but whenever I use it, it says invalide program file. The file is called _default.

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
If you go into the Start Menu (Start button found in lower left corner of screen), click on Run, and type cmd in the Open box and click OK, it should take you to the DOS prompt.

Is this what you are looking for?

Or you can press the Windows Key+R and that will take you right to the run dialog box. Then put in cmd and go from there.
