TRUNCATE command with Access

Is it possible to use the TRUNCATE command in SQL statements with Access?

If not, is there a similar command I can use to clear the contents of a table but leave the structure?

Delete from table will remove the contents but leave the table/structure.

TRUNCATE isn't supported in Access.

You could just use a delete query, something like this perhaps.

DELETE Stuff1.*
FROM Stuff1;

An alternative might be to just copy the table and only paste the structure.
