try to find a sticky formula

i ve gor to do again a worksheet for the hotel
all the prices are with VAT, classified by day and sort ( food, drinks, phone.....)
Now they want it without VAT only
I manage to get the formula to calculat but it s showing with VAT and Without VAT in 2 different colum and they want only 1
I ve got to do it for 6 month back
it will take me hours!!!!
Please help

as described, the solution is merely to delete the unwanted column. So there must be more to it than you are presenting here.

If deleting the column will cause errors then simply right-click and Hide the column you no longer wish to see.
