Tryin to lose formatting but can't please help

I have a column with item numbers that look like this 1521/0121/0000/8PT they have changed around a few times and now I have this "8 PT" because I added it on after taking it away now I am replacing 8J with PT and it looks like this "8PT" where as the other one have the space and that screws things up for me I need them to be the same and I don't know what is forcing the space please help

use Find & replace function to replace the " 8PT" with "8 PT".
