Trying to Automatically Enable Macros

I have a Macro running in a Primary workbook that opens up a Secondary xlsm file. I'd like to be able to use VBA in the Primary workbook to enable macros in the Secondary xlsm file. I've tried to use send keys to press the Enable Macros button but the Secondary xlsm file opens up in different locations. Is there any sort of tabbing sequence you can use to navigate to the Enable Macros button?

The Trust Center settings cannot be used to allow all Macros.

Aha... I can move the file to a standard location with standard window sizing and then do send keys. VICTORY!!!
