1) I have a list of items that have been on sale throughout the year.
2) Every time an item is on sale I populate the 'sale from' & 'sale to' dates in a pair of columns.
3) These items have been on sale from one time up to ten times this year so I have ten pairs of columns to illustrate the start & end dates for each sale.

I am trying to figure out a formula that would populate the first available period of 14 days before the most recent sale started but I can't even figure out how to begin that. Below is an image of that spreadsheet to better illustrate the above explanation of the layout. Any help is greatly appreciated!
