Trying to figure out a Formula, need help.

I only just started learning Excel and I need help with a formula. This is a project that I am working on right now:

Column A and B stretch out in the thousands. Instead of someone using Ctrl+F to find a document, I would like for them to insert the value in the Search: Doc # (cell D8) and the document name would pop up in the next cell (E8), or vice versa. Could someone help me with this. Thanks.

The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).

You can do this quite easily using a VLOOKUP formula.
