This is the code i am using to calculate how many hours and minutes it will take me to file 1000 documents.

Code:
=INT(A44/60)/3&" hours "&MOD(A44,60)& " minutes"

EVERYTIME i hit enter i get:
5.3333333333333 hours and 40 minutes
What i need for it to say is: 5.3 hours and 40 minutes

Obviously this is because i am dividing by 3. I really need to get this fixed for a project i am doing for the VP of Finance at my company!!!! Can anyone assist me with figuring out how to get these "EXTRA" numbers to go away????

Thanks

Your vp of finance tells time in a very strange fashion - isn't this then 2 hours 58 minutes? I'd skip right up to the CFO.

another approach...

=ROUND(INT(A44/60)/3,1)&" hours "&MOD(A44,60)& " minutes"
