Trying to group rows with same values in VBA

I`ve created this code but when i run it nothing happens?
I think these 2 Dims should match to run the code is this right

By the way, this does NOT do what you think it does:

Only "LBRow" will be declared as Long and "NRValue" will be declared as String. The rest will be declared as Variant (which is the default).
Each variable needs to be declared explicitly, like this:

What should the code be doing exactly (since you said it is not doing anything)?

Data with the same Order Nos should group the rows together. So we can see all the rows with same Order Nos.

By "group", do you just mean all have them next to each other?
If so, then why not just sort by column "C"?
If that is not what you mean by "group", then please explain.

Yes so any of rows with the same PartNos in col C are grouped together.

How exactly do you want this to work?

Your data is not structured in the way were grouping is typically used.
Grouping is usually applied in the following circumstances:
1. Your data is sorted by the value you want to grouped by, so that all grouped records are next to each other. You seem to jump around (for example, you have "SO0065891" on one row, then some other numbers below it, then "SO0065891" again).
2. Usually there is some sort of summary row for each group, that shows a total amount, total count, or some other summary of that group. So that way when the details are grouped/hidden, you still see summarized information about that group.

Since your data does not seem to follow either of these things, I am not sure what you want your expected output to look like.
Could you give us a sample where you show a smaller section of data, and then show us what your expected results BASED ON THAT DATA should look like?

NOTE: Have you considered just using Pivot Tables instead of VBA?

Is this what you are talking about when you say "Grouping"?
(because that is what "Grouping" means in Excel).

If so, what do you expect your result of the example to look like after being "grouped"?
What exactly do you expect to see?
Note that without a summary row, clicking on the grouping would make all those grouped rows disappear from view.

And what do you want to do about all the rows with the same Order No that aren't already next to each other (like the example from your data shown below):

Do you only want the first two grouped, and the last one left out of the grouping?
Or do you want all the data sorted first by column C so ALL of the Order Numbers are together (and all 3 would be grouped in this scenario)?
