HI guys!!
Hope everyone is well. I am just trying to improve some skills and everyone here has been so kind!! Means a lot!!!
Quick question

If I have a list like this

Apple: 2
Orange: 3
Peach: 0
Banana: 1
Grape: 0
Mango 0
Papaya: 1

What formula can I use to make the list remove the values which are zero... so in the end it will look like

Apple: 2
Orange: 3
Banana: 1
Papaya: 1

Thanks :) :) whoever can help me with this rocks :)

Excel Facts

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Is your set up such that column A lists the fruit and column B the number?

Do you want this a one time thing (push a button and all rows with 0 in B are permanently deleted)?
Or do you want a dynamic formula that will list the "non-zero" fruit (with amounts) in columns C and D and adjust as the user changes the column B entries?

For basis formula you can use two collumns one with name and other for quantity.
Do DATA and Filter and you will then be able to filter any data you want to see or not. If you then want to select "0" you can select and delete data ending up with the final list.

Hope it helps

HI Mike thanks!!! Is there a formula. I just have a list of results with column A as fruit and column B as numbers... and the formula will read which one is not 0 and just add it in without spaces... if you know how to do that, would be amazing :) thanks :) :)
