Hello All,

I am trying to make a chart showing times available for different people. I am using a stacked column and my data is names, start of available time and end of available time. My issue is getting the x-axis to display properly. I want it to show every hour in a 24 hour day. In the reference image I want the orange section to display the available time. For example CBviz is available from 17:30 to 21:00 so the orange should start and end at those times. I plan to make the blue no fill so you only see the orange. But the x-axis is not corresponding to my data. I also want it to display times on the hour so 00:00, 01:00, 02:00, etc. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
