Trying to see if possible a formula on this task?

Trying to use a formula to add the word UPDATED in cell (I). If any changes in value from column B to H then to add the word UPDATED. Though if no changes occur by certain day then leave blank. So lets say its Wednesday right. Then number (4) example shouldn't have the word updated in cell (I)and leave that blank cell blank. Since its Wednesday and has 0 Value.

Or if there is a better way to do it. I am open to it thanks

MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
