I know that if I highlight part of a formula in the formula bar and press F9, Excel will replace that part of the formula with its result. Is there a way to turn off that functionality without turning off calculations entirely?
I'm asking department heads at my business to fill in some budget assumptions, and I need their input sheets linked to an xlveryhidden sheet containing assumptions I don't want them to know. If they can do the replace process described above, they'll be able to highlight the formula link to the xlveryhidden sheet, press F9, and know the hidden data.
