Turning a Macro into an add-in for 2007 Excel?

is there a way to make the macro functions universally available in 2007 excel across my team like an add in funcitons vs as worksheet specific macro...i would appreciate even if you could direct me to the right forum if it has been discussed it already. Thanks in advance!

Thanks! but how this custom macro is available on a different computer, as add-in is stored in C drive..
