I want to populate a list such as this...

0
60
0
0
120
0

to repeat down over and over again...

0

But when I use the autolist function it does a calculation and I end up with -1260... etc...

Is there a way of turnnig this off?

Thanks

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Hi there,

The only way I know to set something like this up as an Autolist is to enter your list in cells with single quote in front to display them as text.

You can then use the import function on the Custom List tab of the Tools...Options menu.

I think you'll find this will then work. You're only problem will be the repeated values will be in text but it's not too hard to convert them back to numbers (=A1*1).

As a one off though you can just enter the values once and then copy them, select the area you want to populate and paste.

Hope this helps.
