Does anyone know where there is a decent on line (free) tutorial to learn to use the R1C1 method of referencing cells in macros and formulas?

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Yep, right here at Mr Excel

I thank you for the response, but it was not helpful in learning to use R1C1.

That particular podcast gives some history of R1C1 versus A1 styles, but isn't really a tutorial on using R1C1. In fact, it raised a troubling question that it did not answer, apparently saying the when formulas are copied, while the A1 style shows the change in cells it is referencing, the R1C1 style shows every copied formula as identical to the one copied. As presented in the podcast, I have no idea how someone could use the system when it is not clear in the copied fornulas to where is is referring. Or so it seems the way it was presented in the podcast.

Anyone else know of a real tutorial on using R1C1?
