I use this in conditional formatting:

=ISERR(FIND("hospital",B11)) 'It turns text red and double underline

It works. I need to also add to this condition:

if I41 is greater than 8

I tried =AND(ISERR(FIND("hospital",B11)),I41>8)
but that does not work.

Thank You
Michael

I tried it and it works.

What is the value in cells B11 and I41 in your sheet?

By the way, using FIND is case-sensitive.

You might try just adding =I41>8 as a 2nd conditional format.

I figured it out with your assistance. I checked the value 8
Actually I want >.08 . It was a percent not a whole number.

Thank You,
Michael
