two lookup's?

first of all, take a look at my 'materiallist': removed as you can see there are 3 suppliers, products can have between 1 and 3 suppliers. In my second sheet (removed) I can select a code and it shows me its description. Now, how do i make it so that an end user can select a supplier and it shows the correct price for that supplier and product.
I would prefer it so that you have a drop down box and if possible, only showing the suppliers that supply that product. Hope you can make sense of whats going on :) and thanks for your time. I look forward to hearing some feedback, Adam.
