Two series column chart with % as data label

I have two series. One is total sales that are not contracted and another is total sales that are contracted. I have displayed them on a stacked column chart.

What I would like is a label in each to be the percentage of sales that are contracted. Is this possible?

Have you investigated doing a standard bar/line graph & adding a second Axis for the percentages?
