how can i do the following with a workbook.

  1. Have it auto refresh automtically to present updated data, and bypassing any of the alerts that maybe presented ( assume it is a shared workbook that will change ).
  2. Have the workbook stay on top of ALL other programs and or documents.
what i am trying to do ( for some background ), is create a real time report that will show on a staff members desktop, i will update it periodically with stats.

Now other excel worksheets maybe opened as part of there operation, ideally i want this one to stay seperate and sitting on the screen somewhere, similar to a widget i guess

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
