Two vertical axes - is it possible to have?

I would like my bar chart to have two vertical axes. The left one for values and the right one for percentages with horizontal lines connecting the values on the left with the percentages on the right. I managed to draw and label a right axis on my chart (the line with a shape and the percentages in text boxes) but it was time consuming and I need to do many charts.

Ideally, I would make my double vertical axes chart a template. I tried to make my creation a template but the resulting template wasn't accurate. (I know I can easily label the bars with percentages but that isn't what I was tasked to do!)

Thanks for any suggestions.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Hi and welcome

You can plot one of the ranges to a secondary axis, in Excel 2007 you just right click and choose option, then click secondary axis. Can't remember how it's done on previous version but you could tinker about.

My problem isn't solved after all. I followed the directions and created a second Y axis but cannot figure out how to format the gridlines on the right Y axis to be percentages.
