Am working on a Leave Planner and looking to bring out the summary of all the leaves taken throughout the year under one place to have a clear overview.
This summary will be separate and will only show the dates on which the leave was taken.
Separate section for all type of leaves and result should be the date of leave.
Out of multiple type of leave only Privilege Leave (PL) Sick Leave needs to have a separate details rest all other type of leaves can be considered as Other.

In short the summary should give me the details of Privilege Leave (PL), Sick Leave (SL) and rest all other type of leaves all together under one common place.

Additional Requirements if possible.
1) Leave Planner should not allow to exceed the Sick Leave (SL) more then 12 and Privilege Leave (PL) more than 24 throughout the year
2) How to limit the Sick Leave or any type of leave to a desired number to ensure it don’t cross the limit
3) Currently am using Data Validation as a drop down for different types of leave.

Below is the screenshot for your reference.
